Top performers are far more likely to have reached a point of marketing-led change, effective implementation or cultural acceptance across a variety of measures. Among these, one of the most important is the leadership of marketing in defining and implementing change management. Here the difference is stark, with top performing companies more than 5 times as likely to say that their marketing leadership is highly effective in this area.
